Wine tasting kits are for those wine enthusiasts who love wines and like to get together with those friends and family who enjoy the same. Wine tasting kits can be purchased online or a local stores such as Target. A kit is a kit that contains all that is needed to host a party.

A kit generally comes with a book on wines, checklist notepads, bottle bags to cover the bottles so that the guests wont know what wines they are tasting, bottle stoppers to plug the bottles that are not consumed, bottle tags to rate the bottles, and wine label removers to take the labels off.

Some kits can even come with invitations and thank you cards. There are also kits that make your party a game. The person that comes closest to the types of wines can win a prize. This can make the a little more interesting and fun for all. Wine tasting kits are great to use for holiday gatherings.

What does not come with the cheaper kits are the wines. Although



some kits can include wines, but these are the more expensive kits. If you choose the kits without the wines, the wines can be provided solely by the host or by the guest as well. The wine glasses are also not provided, but the preferred type of wine glass is the tulip shaped glass.

Also not provided in the kit is something to clear the taste buds in between the different such as plain crackers or saltine crackers. There are several other things that can be added to your kit such as fun coasters, and wine glass name tags for each guest.

After the tasting and games you could serve assorted fruits and cheeses.This is another thing that is not included in the kits, but can be a great ending to a party with friends and family. Wine tasting kits can make a great holiday, birthday or any occasion gift for those who enjoy different wines. Wine tasting kits can also give you a reason to just get together with close friends and family.
